The R130 has a side and front release that is DIN 7, non-adjustable, with its steel fork on the heel piece. The latter can rotate so you can be on flat position (90 degrees rotation) or keep it on the single heel riser position at 38mm. Its brand new design has been developed for quick and efficient entry and exit during transitions. Plum's "too facile" technology allows for easier entry and the locking mechanism has been improved with lightweight plastic rollers under the binding.
